For Professional Engineer Services The Department of Environmental Quality Orphan Sites Remediation Program is requesting Professional Engineer Services submissions for a contractor to conduct environmental investigation, remediation, mitigation and compliance in various media, at various locations on an as-needed basis. Contractors submitting a proposal will do so in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 9-23-101 through 9-23-105). Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 and 33-29-602. Criteria to be used in selection: A. Experience in site monitoring, remediation and associated project/site specific criteria B. Availability of Key Personnel C. Ability to accomplish required services D. Location of Firm in relation to project locations and statutory requirements E. Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Orphan Sites Remediation Program with the objective to equitably distribute contracts among qualified firms including minority-owned firms and firms that have not been awarded prior State of Wyoming contracts F. Proposal adequacy and interview performance The State of Wyoming is not obligated to award any contract. Virtual interviews will be scheduled March 27 - 31, 2023.
