Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Demolition - The work includes disconnecting all controls and electrical power connections, removal and recycling of existing R22 refrigerant, draining and capture of existing propylene glycol/water mixture, disconnection of chilled water piping from the chiller, and removal of the existing chiller and all scrap materials for proper disposal and recycling The existing equipment pad will be assessed to determine if it is structurally sound and of correct size and strength to properly install and level the replacement chiller. Any deficiencies will be corrected under the terms of this contract before the new chiller is placed. Each proposal MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROPOSAL GUARANTY IN THE AMOUNT OF 10% OF THE TOTAL BID The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the Agency or by the Contractor, to accept any item or group of items in the bid, as may be in the best interest of the Agency
