The bidder and the Department covenant and agree that this bid or subsequent contract may, with the approval of the supplier and the Department, be extended under the same terms and conditions of the contract for a period of one (1) additional year, and said option to extend this bid or contract for a one year period shall be in effect for each year thereafter for a total period not to exceed two (2) additional years The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the Agency or by the Contractor, to accept any item or group of items in the bid, as may be in the best interest of the Agency.
