Bid Bond RequiredNo Q and a open: February 20, 2023 9:30:00 PM Q and a close: February 24, 2023 9:30:00 PM The Department of Parks & Parkways is in need of a vendor to service the HVAC condensers and furnaces at our 2829 Gentilly Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70122 office throughout 2023. Interested parties should quote one all-inclusive price that covers all of the below work: 1. A one-time clean and check tune-up to be performed in March and September of 2023 to consist of the following tasks: -Filter changes -Check and adjust blower motors, belts, and other components -Check refrigerant charge levels and air flow, and check for refrigerant leaks -Top off refrigerant as needed -Make sure all electrical connections are sound and components are working properly -Check for secure physical connections of individual parts -Check run capacitors for bulging and/or unusual markings or color -Check, vacuum, and clean outdoor condenser coils and fins -Clean indoor evaporator coils and check for blockages -Check and clean condensate drainage systems -Lubricate moving parts -Test/calibrate thermostats -Test all other heating and cooling elements not specifically mentioned above 2. 8 filter changes to occur in the months of April, May, June, July, August, October, November, and December of 2023 (all months other than March and September, when filter changes will be performed as part of tune up).
