City of Portage (Owner) is requesting proposals for the supply of final clarification equipment for the rehabilitation of four (4) existing 55'-0" inside diameter final clarifiers as part of a planned wastewater treatment plant improvements project to be bid at a later date. Questions pertaining to this project shall be submitted directly to Andrew Robarge, P.E. and Alex Zarakas at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. via email at arobarge@contactcei.com and azarakas@contactcei.com. All addenda, which may be issued for this RFP, will be issued to each registered RFP holder via email. The OWNER reserves the right to conduct discussions with responsible offerors as allowed in Indiana Code 5-22-9. The RFP includes a scoring sheet that lists criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposals. Price of the equipment is one criterion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposals, or all Proposals, or to accept any Proposal, or to make such combination of Proposals as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in the Proposal process. Any Proposal may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Proposals or authorized postponement thereof. Any Proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals for at least thirty (30) days.
