Reference Number: 1692901 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-03 Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec is inviting tenders for the Restoration of Exterior Surfaces at Promenade Samuel-De-Champlain. The work consists of the restoration of the stuccoed buildings on the Samuel-De-Champlain Promenade (Phase 1), including the reception pavilion and the Quai des Cageux observation tower, which are located at the western extremity of the Promenade, as well as the shelters on the Promenade. The work to be performed consists of, but is not limited to, the repair of the exterior siding, the repair of railings, the repair of various wood components, painting, touch-ups and all the work required to complete the mandate. The contract begins upon signature of the notice of award and ends no later than March 31, 2024.
