Reference number : 1693691 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The MUNICIPALITY OF MADDINGTON FALLS requires tenders for a project to repair rang de la Rivière and rang 11, the project includes the decohesion and paving of rang de la Rivière over a distance of 0.9 km and row 11 over a distance of 0.4 km. This project is funded by the TECQ program. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Municipality of Maddington Falls" and reimbursable under conditions, must accompany the tender. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Canada will be considered, for the purpose of awarding the contract, with the exception of contractors from Nunavut and the Yukon, given that this contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and of cooperation between Quebec and Ontario, to the AQNB (Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) and to the AIT (Agreement on internal trade) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1).
