It is preferred that eligible bidders be members of the Professional Trail Builders Association and have experience constructing a minimum of 3 trail projects within the past 5 years. The Township will not be held responsible for contract documents purchased via courier service. A Certified Check or Cashier's Check Made Payable to the Order of the Township of Roxbury, or a Duly Executed Bid Bond, in the Amount of 10 Percent of Each Bid, but in No Case in Excess of $20,000.00 Must Be Deposited by the Bidder Together With a Surety Consent Evidencing That He Can Obtain the Required Performance Bond The Township of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Township.
