Ajax Terrace Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals Light Density Soda Ash, Grade 100, Sulfur Dioxide and Polyaluminum Chloride Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays beginning at the Township of Roxbury Finance Department, Municipal Building, 1715 Route 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey 07852. The Township will not be held responsible for contract documents purchased via courier service. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder.
