Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. Proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Township of Roxbury Finance Department, 1715 Route 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey 07852, with the proposal description and the name and address of the Bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A certified check or cashiers check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey.
