Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of 3 increments as shown below. Increment 1: Demolition of 16 existing portable building. Demolition of existing administration building Demolition of existing underground utilities and other civil work. Sitework grading and Sitework utilities, Building Pad Preparation and Pavement. Increment 2: Modernization of existing classroom buildings (D, E, G & H) Interior finishes and restrooms. Modernization of Existing restroom building F. Modernization of Existing MPR Building C interior finishes and kitchen renovation. Increment 3: Construction of new classroom buildings (J, K, & L) and New Administration and Library (Building A.)
