Bids shall be marked "Sealed bid - Village Hall/Police Department Sign Fabrication & Installation." Bid proposals for this project will be considered to determine the lowest responsible bidder. The Village of Indian Head Park reserves the right to reject any or all Bids; to waive any technicality; to modify or eliminate Scope of Work; to award all or part of the Scope of Work; and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for a period of ninety (90) days after the time set for receiving Bids. All Bid proposals are to be made on the forms provided and will be made a part of the contract documents to be executed with the Village. Bid proposals are to be received in a sealed 9" x 12" or 10" x 13" envelope. The envelope shall be marked "Sealed Bid - Village Hall/Police Department Sign Fabrication & Installation" and the name of the bidder.
