Scope and Objective: The City of Liberty Hill, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Respondent to provide as-needed Plan Reviews Services. The City seeks a turnkey outsourcing relationship with one or more companies to assist the City on an as-needed basis with various reviews. Successful respondent shall be experienced in a wide variety of plan review services to include preliminary plats, final plats, minor plats, amending plats and replats, infrastructure construction plan review, site plan review. All reviews will be in accordance with applicable local county, state, and federal laws.
