As of March 29, 2023, project was awarded to Bell Contractors, awarded amount is $1,973,375.18 For South San Gabriel Gravity Wastewater Interceptor Project The City of Liberty Hill, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide furnish and install all necessary equipment, labor, and materials for the South San Gabriel Gravity Wastewater Interceptor Project. This project consists of two parts; Part A the Gravity Interceptor and Part B the Regional Lift Station. Respondents may submit a bid for either Part A, Part B, or both Part A and Part B. Part A: Gravity Interceptor. Project Includes: 1.1. Approximately 2,195 LF of 15" SDR-26 PVC gravity sewer pipe; 1.2. Approximately 1,688 LF of 24" PS-115 PVC gravity sewer pipe; 1.3. 14 - 5' diameter precast concrete wastewater manholes with epoxy lining ranging in depth from 10 ft to 34 ft; 1.4. 1 - external drop wastewater connection; 1.5. 2 - wastewater manhole vents; 1.6. All appurtenances including but not limited to; casings and utility crossings; and 1.7. Replacement of any damaged or disturbed property, including but not limited to property fences, drainage culverts and graded drainage ways. Part B: Regional Lift Station. Furnish and install all necessary equipment, labor, and materials for the construction of a regional wastewater lift station. Project includes: 1.8. General clearing, grading and site work; 1.9. Construction of yard piping; 1.10. Construction of a 12 ft diameter x 41 ft deep precast polymer concrete wet well; 1.11. Install of four (4) 100 hP submersible solids handling pumps; 1.12. Installation of all necessary electrical equipment; 1.13. Items more specifically defined in the project plans and specifications.
