Project Name: I-10 Country Club & Kino T.I.s Project (TRACS) Number: 010 PM 263 F0548 01D District: Southcentral (SC) Route/MP: I-10 / 263 Funding Source: F0548 01D Construction Funding FY: 2024 The project is located on I-10 in the City of Tucson, at the T.I.'s of Country Club Rd and Kino Pkwy. The purpose of the design project is to make traffic and safety improvements. This will require additional R/W to be acquired from approximately 35 ADOT parcels. R/W surveys & R/W plans in the project area were done under proj.no.s 010 PM 265 H6373 01R/I-010-E-701, 010 PM 263 H7854 and 010 PM 264 H7458 01R during 2006-2012. The initial scope tasks are anticipated to be for Verification of Right of Way Survey, Supplemental Survey, and Final R/W Plans. Verification of R/W Survey: The selected Consultant will verify an appropriate amount or sampling of the data shown on the Results of Surveys, Supplemental Surveys and Monumentation Surveys for proj.'s 010 PM 265 H6373 01R/I-010-E-701, 010 PM 263 H7854 and 010 PM 264 H7458 within Sec.'s 30, 31, 32 & 33, T14S-R14E and Sec. 4, T15S-R14E in order to confidently prepare an intensive Supplemental Survey drawing for the new project. Limits of the verification will be along I-10 from Approx. MP 262.0 to approx. MP 265.1 (Alvernon Way). Anticipated completion date of the Verification : July 31, 2023. Supplemental Survey: In conjunction with the Verification Survey, the Consultant will also perform field surveying & analysis for additional side street R/W and parcel lines that will be impacted by the new project that was not a part of the aforementioned R/W projects. These include additional areas of Country Club Dr. north and south of I10 and parcels at the SW corner of I-10 and Country Club Dr. The selected Consultant will then combine the results of the verification survey, existing data shown on the the aforementioned surveys & plans and additional survey work described above to prepare a new "extensive" Supplemental Survey drawing for the project replicating all pertinent data. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Supplemental Survey: October 6, 2023. Final R/W Plans: The selected Consultant will prepare Final R/W plans for the project. Number of anticipated parcels = 30. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the revised Final R/W Plans: December 11, 2023. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that additional scope tasks that may be requested on this project will be Revise Final R/W Plans, Initial R/W Staking and Final R/W Monumentation Survey. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until February 21, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified. Final Questions Due: February 24, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time) SOI Submittal Date: February 01, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (Arizona Time) Estimated Selection Date: March 10, 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
