Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This phase is for additional development of Cedar Hills neighborhood park. This phase would occur after the initial construction, grading, seeding and construction of the play area, irrigated soccer/football/lacrosse field and parking lot. Phase II: 2026 - Single track bike trails in "highland" area of property north of Riley Creek and construct a bike skills area in the open field area. Project is included City of Eden Prairie Fiscal Year 2025-2034. As of May 8, 2025, the project has not yet been designed. A proposal was presented to the City Council in March 2025 that would have the Cedar Hills Park trail designed this year, with construction in 2026. Phase two construction, if allowed, would take place in 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
