As of April 3, 2023, project was awarded to H & W Contracting, LLC, awarded amount is $1,843,945.37. The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids 2023 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Improvements. The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD. The prices submitted by the contractor shall include all costs of necessary permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies that are necessary to complete the cured-in-place pipe lining, as shown on the plans and/or called for in these specifications or its addenda. It is the intent of these specifications to install a complete system or job. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for traffic control, bypass pumping and/or diversion of sewage flows, cleaning, preparation and television inspection of sewers to be lined, liner installation, reconnection of lateral and/or service connections, all quality controls, provide samples for required material tests, post-installation television inspection, testing of lined pipe system, and warranty work, all as specified herein
