Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bad Axe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
For A Concrete Salt Storage Building Proposals will include Sitework, General, Mechanical, and Electrical Trades, as required. Scott Associates: Phone: 989-916-7665 or email: edwardss@rsscott.com Bidder will be required to comply with various Federal, State and Local laws. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Information for Bidders, Plans and Specifications. The right is reserved by the Huron County Road Commission to accept any proposal and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Huron County Road Commission. Each bidder must deposit with his bid: Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid and payable to the Huron County Road Commission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
