For A Concrete Salt Storage Building Proposals will include Sitework, General, Mechanical, and Electrical Trades, as required. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Information for Bidders, Plans and Specifications. The right is reserved by the Huron County Road Commission to accept any proposal and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Huron County Road Commission. Each bidder must deposit with his bid: Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid and payable to the Huron County Road Commission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
