Renovation of a stadium in Beresford, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Work of this Contract comprises the Sportek Rodolphe Boudreau ice plant replacement, located at 201 rue du Parc Est, Beresford, NB and further identified as project Number 510-22. Work includes but is not limited to: .1 Demolition of existing refrigeration system. .2 Supply, installation and commissioning of new refrigeration system. .3 Modifications to existing building, ventilation systems and electrical systems. Electronic copies of the Bid Documents can be obtained free of charges by contacting the reception of Roy Consultants Office at 506-546-4484. Paper copies of tender documents are available upon payment of $150.00 to Roy Consultants. These additional documents can be procured at the Head Office of Roy Consultants located at 548, King Avenue, Bathurst, New Brunswick. Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tender price, payable to the Town of Belle-Baie. The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contract Act (82-109), as amended, shall apply to this contract. The Town of Belle-Baie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
