Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Beresford, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price, payable to the Town of Beresford. The successful Tenderer will have to submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to fifty percent of the Contract amount. The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contract Act (82-109), as amended, shall apply to this contract. Tender documents will be available upon payment of $200.00 to Roy Consultants, which will be non-refundable. These documents can be procured at the Head Office of Roy Consultants located at 548, King Avenue, Bathurst, N.B. The Town of Beresford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
