The County of Montgomery, Pennsylvania seeks competitive proposals to be delivered electronically to the County Purchasing Department for the following project Montgomery County is seeking proposals from landscape architects and/or engineers to prepare design drawings, construction documents, and all permit applications for upgrades to the exterior site surrounding the Trail Junction Center (TJC) building. When complete, the Trail Junction Center and its site will provide amenities and services for trail users and flexible community space. The required site upgrades will predominantly address pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular access; ADA requirements and universal accessibility; lighting; stormwater management; and site amenities. The project site is located at the intersection of the Schuylkill River Trail (SRT) and the Chester Valley Trail (CVT) at the following address: 75 East Lafayette Street, Norristown PA, 19119.
