Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Clinton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Anderson County Senior Center - Phase 2 Improvements to the Anderson County Senior Center will consist of the build out of a new commercial grade kitchen and pantry. The scope will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as required by the owner's kitchen equipment as well as new floor finishes and paint to be provided in the modified areas. There are 5 Add Alternates for other interior and minor exterior improvements. PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS WILL CONSIST OF THE BUILD-OUT OF A NEW COMMERCIAL GRADE KITCHEN AND PANTRY. THE SCOPE WILL INCLUDE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, & PLUMBING AS REQUIRED BY THE OWNER'S KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS NEW FINISHES. Note from Jenkins & Stiles: ***PLEASE REVIEW THE (5) ADD ALTERNATES ON DRAWING T0.0/5. PROVIDE SEPARATE PRICING FOR EACH ALTERNATE AS REQUIRED.*** Memo #1 has been issued as of 3-22-2023. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 3-30-2023. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. It is requested that all questions be submitted to the Anderson County Purchasing Agent by 4:00 PM EST on the 221 day of March, 2023.
