As of November 21, 2023, this project has been awarded to a general contractor and construction is now underway. Construction of new 15,525 Sq. Ft. transportation building with wash areas and associated site work. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $10,422,917 REQUIRED CONTRACTOR LICENSE: The class(es) of California contractor's license(s) required in order to bid on and perform the contract for this project is: B SURETY BONDS: The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract Price. CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION: Prequalification pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20111.6 is required in connection with the Project.
