Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting bids from prequalified Roofing Contractors for the ARBL Roof Replacement project. This is step two of a two-step process. The specifications and drawings will be distributed to prequalified roofing contractors only The intent of this project is to remove modified bitumen and EPDM roofing systems down to deck, remove abandoned mechanical units, curbs and roof hatches as noted on drawings and install new adhered 60 -mil TPO roofing system. Total roof area to replace is approximately 40,920 sf. Below is a list of all parties involved: CSU Project Manager: Barry Willier Architect/Engineer: WJE-Bryan Reinke Colorado State University (CSU) will receive bid submittals for consideration from prequalified Roofing Contractors for the CSU ARBL Roof Replacement Project. The project will be delivered under a Design/Bid/Build delivery method. ARBL Roof Replacement scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bids. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State.
