Job Location Fort Collins, CO Question Acceptance Deadline 03/13/2023 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of the construction of a new parking lot and associated access road at the Poudre Fire Authority Training Center. Major construction items include construction surveying, erosion control, earthwork, reinforced concrete pipe installation, aggregate base course construction, concrete flatwork and curb/gutter, asphalt paving, signing and striping, seeding, mulching and final stabilization. This contract has a floating start date provision which allows the Contractor to choose the start date between the period of June 19th, 2023, and July 31st, 2023. Substantial completion of the Work shall occur within thirty (30) working days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The total quantities and type of work in the Bid Schedule is representative of the estimated quantities; however, these quantities may be revised by the City to represent actual field conditions at the time of construction.
