The Hampton School District (SAU 90) invites qualified Contractors to submit a Bid Proposal for: Installation/construction of HVAC upgrades at the Hampton Centre School - Hampton, NH. As a Prime Contractor, you would need to provide a complete turnkey system including but not limited to controls, electrical, and architectural components. Additional Information Requests: Facilities Manager: Keith Lessard, 603-548-0996, klessard@sau90.org Designer (Design Day Mechanicals): Mathilde Krebs, 207-475-2451, mathildek@designdaymech.com HVAC drawings including specifications are provided to better show and explain the needed Base work. Alternate #1 is described within this written Scope of Work. Mechanical Engineer will provide stamped HVAC drawings for permit. Other trades will be Design/Build and under the responsibility of the Prime Contractor, except Structural that is currently under investigation. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals, and to waive irregularity in bidding. Work on the Project must respect the timeframe described in the Project Description/Timeframe section, including completion in all aspects, tested and operational systems, not later than Friday, November 24, 2023.
