The City of Boston acting by and through the Director of The Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified architects to provide design services for the creation of residential dwellings. The contract term shall be from April 3, 2023 to April 2, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, subject to the availability of sufficient appropriation for the subsequent year. The City of Boston reserves the right to clarify, define and further negotiate the terms of this agreement during the term of the contract. The City reserves the right to exercise two options to extend the contract. The first option will be for a one year period from April 3, 2024 to April 2, 2025, and the second option will be for a one year period from April 3, 2025 to April 2, 2026, subject to availability of sufficient appropriation for the subsequent years, upon all the same terms, including the terms as to price, as the first eight month period. The City shall retain sole discretion in exercising the options, and no exercise of the options shall be subject to agreement or acceptance by the contractor.
