.1 Work of this Contract include Demolition of David Thompson High School and reclamation of existing sewage lagoon which comprises the following: a) Hazardous materials abatement and removal at David Thompson High School. b) Demolition of all existing Buildings, Modulars, Sheds and site elements including all underground elements of the structures. c) Reclamation of existing sanitary lagoon. d) Backfill of existing structures footprints and providing site grading to provide positive drainage to surrounding existing grades. e) Landscaping of the entire site affected by construction activities. .2 Municipal Address: RR1, Condor, AB. .3 Legal Description: Plan 1879MC. .4 Physical Limits: Work of the Contract is not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines.
