Recycling Services Recycling services are to include: o Supply and service five sets of six like new 8-yard front load recycle bins per site to accept commingled recycling (5) and glass recycling (1). One set at each of the locations listed below, for a total of 30 bins, emptied monthly. o Grovedale o DeBolt o Crooked Creek o Little Smoky o Sunset House o Two transfer stations require three like new 8-yard recycling bins, emptied monthly. These locations are: o Sunset House o DeBolt o One transfer station requires five like new commingled and 1 glass 8-yard bins, emptied monthly. o New Fish Creek -Waste Services Waste services to be provided include supply bins and service: o One - 4-yard garbage bin per site, serviced weekly at: o DeBolt Public Service Building, o Grovedale Public Service Building, o Grovedale Operations Shop. o Two - 4-yard bins at the Nose Creek Settlement down the Two Lakes Road. Serviced weekly. o Three - 40-yard roll-off bins, with lids, that are easy to open, per site, at Grovedale and South Wapiti transfer sites for garbage, serviced on-call estimated at 2 bins per week at Grovedale and 1 bin per week at South Wapiti. o One - 40-yard roll-off bin, with lid, and easy to open back door, per site for furniture waste. Serviced on an on-call basis estimated one bin per month at Grovedale, and one bin every 2 months at South Wapiti. o One - 4-yard garbage bin at the DeBolt Sani-dump, opening May 2024, and to continue this service annually. Delivered beginning of May and serviced weekly until the end of October, then removed for the winter months. -Confidential Shredding Services Shredding services are to include the confidential shredding of all Greenview files that are placed in contractor supplied lockable 64-gallon totes within Greenview offices located in Valleyview, DeBolt, and Grovedale. These buildings are serviced monthly and include: o Valleyview, Alberta o Valleyview Administration building (3 bins) o Field Services Office (1 bin) o Agricultural Services Building (1 bin) o Operations Building (1 bin) o Family Community Support Services Building (1 bin) o Greenview Regional Multiplex (1 bin) o Construction Office (1 bin) o Recreation Building (1 bin) o Grovedale, Alberta o Grovedale Public Service Building (1 bin) o Grovedale Operations Shop (1 bin) o Grovedale Facilities Shop (1 bin) o DeBolt Public Service Building (1 bin)
