The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals and product demonstrations from qualified vendors, for the design, procurement, training, and maintenance of an outdoor electronic (LED) digital display board that will meet the City of White Rock's functionality, reliability, and manageability requirements as outlined in this RFP document. The City of White Rock is seeking proposals for a double-sided 4'x10' LED display board to replace its current monochrome display board located at 14600 North Bluff Rd., White Rock, B.C. The City of White Rock seeks the assistance of an experienced company that can accomplish all of the functionality identified in this RFP. Minimum requirements and desired specifications are detailed within this RFP. Proposals must include product description and cost of the following: Display panels specs and number of panels Warranty information and cost for 1, 3 and 5 (or more) years Additional hardware Content management system Replacement panels and spare parts Mounting frame Installation *Product installation must be quoted as a separate line item Proposals must be itemized with product and services descriptions. Electrical and mounting requirements must be clearly specified. Note: the sign will be mounted on an existing concreate pedestal. Any required civic work, is out of scope for this RFP.
