The City of Roseville is accepting quotes for a three-year lease of two temporary modular buildings with two optional additional years. Quote should be based on one 12ft x 60ft and one 24ft x 60ft structures Price should include delivery and set up, removal and cleaning fee. Modular buildings will be modified to resemble the attached drawing (Attachment H), Included in the 12x 60unit, will be two restrooms with one deep wash sink and a water heater. Included in the large restroom will be water and electrical hookups for a washer dryer. Modifications on the 24x 60 unit will include one set of double doors, a kitchenette with sink, garbage disposal, water heater, and upper & lower cabinets. All other fixtures and mechanical equipment such as lighting, electrical outlets and HVAC will be standard to the construction of a temporary office modular structure. Current site for modular A twelve-foot wide deck will be constructed the entire length between the two modular units with a staircase on each end Bonds. (The successful Contractor will be required to provide a 100% Faithful Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Bond using the City forms.
