Deadline for Final Questions February 15, 2023 City Responses to written Questions February 20, 2023 The current on-call contracts are set to expire on June 30, 2023 This RFP prepares us to have agreements in place starting July 1, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. An optional pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Riley Library, Meeting Room 1, located at 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd., Roseville, CA 95747 at 1-3pm. Prospective proposers must pre-register by Monday, February 6, 2023 with parkdevelopment@roseville.ca.us. Registrants will be asked to provide the name of the attendee(s), company name, phone number, and email address(es). Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP. While attendance is not mandatory, interested proposers are highly encouraged to attend. In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read this document thoroughly prior to the meeting. Substantial clarifications or changes required as a result of the meeting will be issued in the form of a written addendum to the RFP. A list of attendees will be distributed upon request.
