Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Woodbury, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Woodbury (owner) plans to improve the Eagle Valley Golf Course Parking Lot. Bid Item scopes include Reclaiming/Mill Bituminous Pavement, Bituminous Mixture for Streets, Tree Trench BMP, Landscape Trees, Storm Sewer, Parking Lot Striping, Remove and Replacing Concrete Curb and Gutter, Cleanout Structure, Precast Catch Basin Manhole with Sump, and 4" PVC Conduit. In general, work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the construction of the following approximate major quantities: 7,125 SY Reclaim/Mill Bituminous Pavement 1,600 TN Bituminous Mixture for Streets 8,375 SF Tree Trench BMP 15 EA Landscape Trees 425 LF Storm Sewer 1 LS Parking Lot Striping 350 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 3 EA Cleanout Structure 2 EA Precast Catch Basin Manhole with Sump 220 LF 4” PVC Conduit The project is included in the City of Woodbury 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). SUMMARY OF WORK A. Project Name: 2024 Eagle Valley Golf Course Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. 14-2024-01. B. Description of Work: 1. Rehabilitate the existing golf course parking lot along with new tree trenches installed in existing islands. The method of rehabilitation consists of full depth reclamation to a 10” depth. This project also consists of spot curb & gutter repairs, removal of existing storm sewer structures/pipe, installation of new storm sewer structures/pipe, tree trench install establishment, conduit install and pavement markings. The Work will be Substantially Completed on or before September 20, 2024, and completed and ready for Final Payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 20, 2024
