Rehabilitate the existing golf course parking lot along with new tree trenches installed in existing islands. The method of rehabilitation consists of full depth reclamation to a 10” depth. This project also consists of spot curb & gutter repairs, removal of existing storm sewer structures/pipe, installation of new storm sewer structures/pipe, tree trench install establishment, conduit install and pavement markings. The Work will be Substantially Completed on or before September 20, 2024, and completed and ready for Final Payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 20, 2024
