RFP Questions Due March 27th, 2023 Scope of Work and Deliverables 2.1. Design Phase The Design phase peer review will focus primarily on the interrelated elements of the building enclosure system and any details that may impact the long-term performance and durability of the enclosure. Specifically review the assorted cladding materials, below-grade waterproofing, air barriers, insulation, joint sealants, door, and window fenestration including curtain walls, and the roofing system. Please include two complete reviews of the drawings and specifications, one at the completion of the Design Development phase and one at the 75 percent completion phase of Construction documentation package. Please provide a final back-check review and report log for tracking of any design changes that occurred based on our comments and recommendations. 2.1.1. Design Development Review The DD level review will address, in general terms, the building enclosure systems being proposed, the advantages and disadvantages of these systems and other possible options, to help identify potentially problematic conditions that should be addressed as the design progresses.
