The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to construct the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; control of water to perform work; installing erosion control BMPs: silt fence, erosion control construction entrance, tree protection fencing; pedestrian traffic control; removal of existing vegetation; strip and salvage existing topsoil; removal of existing asphalt trail and base material; excavating and installing storm sewer piping; excavating, grading, and installing infiltration basins, underdrain piping, inline water level control structures, sand trenches, and bioretention soil; installing diversion structure and associated pipe connections to existing lake outlet; install bypass piping, screen, gate valve, and connection to pump station; install pump station, flow meter vault, force mains, power, and associated equipment, float valve; install force main discharge structure, gravity pipe, and transition structure; install park features to convey stormwater, including reinforced concrete bridge structures, stone blocks, corten steel panels; grading to build park overlook, install flagstone pavers, decorative boulders, concrete bench pads, and benches; install sheet pile wall; install gravel paths and bituminous trails; install decorative stone features, park entry sign with footings, bike racks and footings, and decorative boulders; backfill, grade, replace subsoil, replace topsoil, and restore all disturbed areas; finish grade, subsoil, temporarily seed, and install erosion control blanket; install and test pumps and controller; cleaning up site and removing all erosion control BMPs; all as provided for in the Bidding Documents.
