Northern Kentucky University is accepting bids to establish multiple price contracts from General, MEP, Structural Repair, Concrete, and other contractors for general and routine repairs, renovation and construction work on facilities utilized by Northern Kentucky University. The contractor shall be capable of providing qualified, skilled and licensed tradesmen as may be required by individual jobs. All jobs are to include, but are not limited to, the Contractor acquiring any necessary permits, inspections, and performance bonds where required. The intent is to award contracts to all compliant bidders, and these contracts shall be "Job Order Contracting" (JOC) price contracts which NKU project managers can access to obtain price quotes for repairs, renovation and construction work. The JOC quote is to be considered a not-to-exceed amount, covering labor, materials, any subcontractors, insurance, P&P bond (if required as specified in section 3.42), fees, permits and all miscellaneous project expenses.
