Site work and paving for a road / highway in Milton, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 11, 2023, project was awarded to Pike Industries, Inc., awarded amount is $845,436.50. All work will be in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents and information prepared by the Town of Milton, 43 Bombardier Road, Milton Vermont. Question Deadline 03/07/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Questions will be accepted submitted to John Little, Stantec Consulting Services Inc., at john.little@stantec.com. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Milton as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance, Labor, and Material Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. Acceptable form for a Bid Guaranty is either a bid bond or certified check. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. If awarded the Contract, the Contractor agrees to complete all work in its entirety, as shown in the Contract Plans, on or before June 30, 2023 (all locations). The Contractor shall provide the Town of Milton with one payment request, for all work associated with the project, upon completion of the project in its entirety.
