Renovation of an educational facility in Shalimar, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
As of March 31, 2023, the project has been awarded. Construction is expected to commence on May 31, 2023 and be completed on July 31, 2023. No further inquiries to be accepted. Scope of Work: Selective Demolition, Laminate Clad Casework, Solid Polymer Fabrications, Building Insulation, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Carpet, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Visual Display Boards, Corner Guards, Signage, Towel Dispensers, Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical No interpretations of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications, or other documents will be made to any Bidder verbally. Every request for such interpretation shall be sent via email to Dustin Merritt (dustin.merritt@jacobs.com), and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
