As of April 19,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: Water and Sanitary Sewer System Upgrades - 2023 Infrastructure Improvements Phase 2 - to include: Contract A - Well No. 5 Public Water Supply Well - construction of a 500 gallon per minute (gpm) municipal well to a depth of 410 feet, well development, performance pump testing of constructed well, WDNR NR 809 water quality analysis, erosion control, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the contract documents. Contract B - Well No. 5 Pumphouse, Well No. 4 Pumphouse Improvements, & SCADA System Update - construction of the Well No. 5 Pumphouse building including furnishing and installing all well pump equipment, piping, valves, accessories and controls. The building includes a pump room, chemical room, and restroom. The Well No. 5 Pumphouse contact also includes installation of a natural gas-powered emergency electrical generator, erosion control measures, site work, site piping, driveway, pavement, restoration of the work area, pump testing, water quality testing, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Well No. 4 Pumphouse Improvements include replacement of the existing electrical unit heater with a natural gas fired furnace with A/C, installation of a natural gas-powered emergency electrical generator, erosion control measures, site work, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. The SCADA System Update includes removal and disposal of existing SCADA system equipment and installation of new equipment at the Well Nos. 3, 4 & 5 Pumphouses, Reservoir, Lift Station No. 1, Lift Station No. & Wastewater Treatment Facility. Contract C - Lift Station No. 1 Improvements - Replacement of two existing submersible sewage pumps, installation of VFDs to control replacement pumps, a flood protection wall, stormwater pumping system, wastewater bypass pumping manhole, erosion control measures, site work, site piping, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Contact D - Street & Utility Improvements - construction of Wisconsin Street (965 lineal feet) and Park Street (1,110 lineal feet) including excavation, water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, base aggregate, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving. Work shall also include clearing and grubbing cured in place pipe, manhole rehabilitation, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
