Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Lower Nazareth Township will receive sealed bids for the Newburg Demolition Project Phase 2. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/9/2023 4:00 PM Interpretations and addenda: All questions concerning the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. at t. 610- 865-4555 / f. 610-758-9009 or sdooley@kceinc.com by noon Thurs. March 9, 2023. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. All questions must be answered, and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate, attached sheets.
