Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
It shall be the intent of these specifications to provide the furnishing of all labor, supervision, and necessary materials and equipment for the complete construction of the work included on the approved plans and specifications for the pedestrian ramp located at Gracedale Nursing Home. The project site is located at 2 Gracedale Avenue, Nazareth, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. This contract will include the following major items of work: Gracedale Nursing Home Pedestrian Ramp Pedestrian ramp including foundation, structure, decking, and rails Class A cement concrete sidewalk Excavation and regrading Site restoration including soil, seeding, and straw Included with the bid submittals over $100K you must provide the Contactor/Sub-Contractor Responsibility Certification Check Sheet and also proof of participation in a Class "A" Apprenticeship Program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees it will employ on the project and documentation verifying it participates in a Class A apprenticeship Program for each trade or classification listed. The undersigned hereby proposes to complete this work within 90 consecutive calendar days from execution of contract unless otherwise directed by the County of Northampton.
