Bids are required for separate primes: General Construction Mechanical (HVAC) Electrical Construction Included with the all bid submittals over $100K you must provide the Contactor/Sub-Contractor Responsibility Certification Check Sheet and also proof of participation in a Class A Apprenticeship Program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a Class A apprenticeship Program for each trade or classification listed. Sub-Contractors must be identified and must also provide all requirements of the Responsible Contractors Certifications.
