Renovation of a mixed-use development in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and detention facility.
Gracedale Nursing Home and Juvenile Detention Facility Generator Replacement Included with the all bid submittals over $100K you must provide the Contactor/Sub-Contractor Responsibility Certification Check Sheet and also proof of participation in a Class "A" Apprenticeship Program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a Class A apprenticeship Program for each trade or classification listed. Sub-Contractors must be identified and must also provide all requirements of the Responsible Contractors Certifications. All contractors working in the Gracedale facility must be COVID-19 vaccinated and provide copies of vaccination cards. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
