As of April 6, 2022 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established The County of Northampton, Easton PA is requesting Competitive Sealed Bid from qualified firms interested in contracting with the County to provide paving construction to the Gracedale Gardens. Included with the all bid submittals over $100K you must provide the Contactor/Sub-Contractor Responsibility Certification Check Sheet and also proof of participation in a Class "A" Apprenticeship Program. Must show proof for 3 years of participation. Also a list of all trades or classifications of craft employees you will employ on the project and documentation verifying you participate in a Class A apprenticeship Program for each trade or classification listed. Sub-Contractors must be identified and must also provide all requirements of the Responsible Contractors Certifications. All contractors working in the Gracedale facility must be COVID-19 vaccinated and provide copies of vaccination cards. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
