As of June 5, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. O'Brien Towers consists of 274 residential units and the onsite Adult Day Care. O'Brien Towers is an 8-story apartment building located at 73 Bicknell Street in the Germantown Section of Quincy. O'Brien Towers consists of 3 symmetrical wings which each have 12 apartments per floor, 6 on each side of the center hallway. The original building drawings have been added via Attachment F. These drawings are the highest quality plans that we currently possess.
