Martinez IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion The San Antonio River Authority will seek proposals the expansion of the Martinez IV Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The plant will be expanded from 2.0 MGD to a 5.0 MGD plant. The project is currently in the early stages of design with Plummer and the River Authority is planning to release a formal RFP in January 2024. This announcement will allow firms and subcontractors to attach themselves to the project and ensure they receive notice with the solicitation is released. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE SOLICIATION AND NO DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. A SECOND NOTICE WILL BE ISSUED WHEN THE SOLICIATION IS PLACED ON THE MARKET IN JANUARY 2024.
