The Columbia Shuswap Regional District (Regional District) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to conduct a Waste Characterization Study, complete with final reports, for each of the Regional District's four landfills located at Golden, Revelstoke, Salmon Arm and Sicamous. Refuse Disposal Facilities: Golden Refuse Disposal Site - 350 Golden-Donald Upper Road Revelstoke Refuse Disposal Site - 330 Westside Road Salmon Arm Refuse Disposal Site - 4290 20 Avenue SE Sicamous Refuse Disposal Site - 950 Two Mile Road The Columbia Shuswap Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informality in the Proposals received, in each case without giving notice. The Columbia Shuswap Regional District reserves the right to accept the Proposal which it deems most advantageous. The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
