Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in N Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Athletic court reconstruction project. Tennis/Pickle Ball/Basketball Courts, 443 Old Fall River Road/28 Slocum Road Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions concerning this I.F.B. must be submitted in writing to the Park & Recreation Department or e-mailed to tlancaster@town.dartmouth.ma.us. Removal and replacement of existing tennis/pickleball/basketball courts at two locations. Work to include new bituminous surfacing, fencing, line striping, tennis/pickleball court posts and sleeves, nets, removable tennis posts, basketball poles, backboards and nets. All in accordance with attached specifications. Site plan is provided in Attachments. Once installation has started, it shall continue uninterrupted until all work is complete and satisfactory to the Town. The work is expected to start immediately after the execution ofthe contract, unless the start date is extended by mutual consent ofthe parties. 443 Old Fall River Road- Remove and replace +/- 258'xl60' area including tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts and associated fencing. 28 Slocum Road- Remove +/- 130'xl00' area including basketball courts and replace with +/- 130'xll5' area basketball/pickle bail courts and +/-115'x5' walkway.
