Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the engineer will view bids at the Public Works and Park Maintenance Building 7450 Metro Blvd Edina MN 55439. No public bid opening will occur. Results will be posted immediately following the opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
