University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Parking Services is actively seeking a Contractor to provide General Cleaning and Janitorial Services for three (3) parking decks on the University's campus. These locations include: Walker Parking Deck, Oakland Parking Deck, and McIver Parking Deck. The awarded vendor will fulfill the requirements contained herein and will meet the desired specifications provided by UNCG Parking Services. Any award resulting from this solicitation shall be for a contract period of one (1) year, and two (2) additional one-year options as the latter are exercised. Written Question Deadline: March 8th, 2023 by 12:00PM EST. Written questions shall be e-mailed to askilar@uncg.edu. Contract Award UNCG No later than March 31st, 2023.
